General Knee armour fixings

I cant take credit for this. I bought these knee armour peices from a guy in Leeds today. I've just noticed on the back he's left a really clever solution to fixing the elastic. Now I've not seen this done before so forgive me if its already common knowledge but I've heard guys discussing the best way to fix the elastic so i thought I'd share some pics and maybe help somebody out along the way.
