Well-Known Hunter
Journeymanprotector's Second Helmet
Hey folks,
*edit: It's not entirely finished but this is what it will look like in the end. I may give it a dullcoat to keep the shine down a little. If anything was wrong with my first suit it's that it was too shiny. The helmet's not entirely accurate but I like to think of the suit as a post-rotj suit, so who knows what it looks like
Translation: you can't say anything! lol. So, here she is.

Just a few shots of my new wip Fett helmet. She's a 97, but actually I'm very impressed with the shape and quality. Surprising I know...
It's nothing like Motorfish's or that showoff Fettpride's work, but it's all a poor old farmboy like me can do
lol...

The base is a 1933 Sage from Rustoleum.
The Grey is acrylic 'Graphite' from Americana
The Rust is acrylic 'Russet' from Americana
The weathering was actually all done with an x-acto blade, revealing different layers. I'm not done, I do plan to get in there with some pewter or lead or something.
Thanks for looking,
Phil
