Helmet suspension

I tried searching but couldn’t find anything. But does anyone know what kind of suspension system or lining that they use on the Mandalorian and BOBF? I have seen they wear balaclavas to keep skin from showing but I would assume they use something in addition to keep it snug on the actors heads. Just curious.
