Helmet shape

Good afternoon all,

Ive joined this forum as im researching and making a fully metal Boba Fett helmet. I've decided to go for the one from ESB but i'm having issues with what is exactly the shape. I've got a template that a member made on here back in 2006 (apologies i forget his name) Ive also got a Hasbro Black series for reference. but comparing the template to the black series they are different. What's the best template/shape to go from to get it as accurate as can be?

No clue -- the ESB's true shape is very, very wonky. You're not going to be able to get spot on w/ metal. Not aware of any templates. Best of luck

Not sure what templates you have since you can’t remember the name. You possibly have wizardofflight’s, which are very good. The more accurate templates would be from RafalFett found here:
