Has anyone done this type of helmet?

I just happened to stumble across a couple of pics that I had not seen before. Has anyone tried this version with the "eyes" on the top of the helmet? If this is well covered territory, I apologize, but I hadn't seen this variation before. I figured I would ask the pros... (that's you all here on the board) :lol:
