Creating a list of bad sellers (scammers) to avoid?

Hello admins, so myself and a handful of others have recently had bad experience with a particular soft goods seller. To make the long story short, this seller pretty much comes up with empty promises on shipments continuously, and some have been waiting for more than a year now.

Was wondering if we as a community can help each other out by listing the scammers here. That way, hopefully none of us will need to go through the ordeal of being scammed in the future.
