Boba Fett Gauntlet Hardware

Does anyone know what specific fittings are used to attach the hoses on the RotJ right gauntet? I am using 5/8" OD / 3/8" ID braided hose and I have rigid 3/8" OD plastic tubing (that will extend out of the fittings). The pieces on the tubing connection end look like some type of flare nut, but I haven't been able to find one that is a match.
