When you say "Selling to fund their new lineage one", isn't this already the new helmet? Just a bit more curious as to why you are selling it so soon, haha.

i Ordered and paid for this before they announced the new lineage one. I wasn’t going to get the lineage one originally but while waiting for this one to arrive I couldn’t stop Looking at their new one.
Displayed for literally a few days then boxed back up again.
Rob from RS can confirm this is brand new.

Ah, I see. I wasn't aware they were doing ESB fetts before, though I know they had an ROTJ fett earlier. The paint on this one looks incredibly similar to me to the current in-house archiveX paintjob on the lineage as well. It makes sense that they would paint it up with this batch. Really fair price too, for a painted fully finished helmet.

Good eye, The guy who is painting the lineage one also painted this. So for the price and hours put into it, the price is very good.
It’s £550 plus postage and I’m losing out on it.
I don’t think I can lower this any more though. £450 plus postage and fees is a steal for this imo.

I strongly agree. The lineage fett fully painted is 1,000 euros without postage, and it’s painted the exact same way. Raw kit is 500 euros. That means the paint/assembly on your helmet is worth 500 euros alone LOL. This IS a steal and I’m surprised no one has jumped on this yet !

Oh. I wish I had the ducats for this.
What was their lineage on this one?
The same as their ROTJ?
I prefer the proper ESB on screen paint job, rather than the Spec ED paint job their "Lineage Edition" has, but their Lineage Edition is everything my EFX ( Which I LOVE, btw ) was SUPPOSED to be!

Didn't the MR version have that pinch at the bottom of the visor?
Or did RS correct that out on theirs, if they indeed cast it off MR?

The final version for sale had the pinch. The casts sold over the years (not only RS but all I have seen) were corrected.

Just to close out this thread I was able to purchase this helmet from the individual that bought this from schiarea. I confirmed with Rob at RS Props that this helmet was a special build of a MR helmet done at the request of schiarea. Apparently it was painted by Jon Bird and at £400 I think this was a steal.
