Anyone Know What Happened to Fanatic Fx did they go out of bussiness?

Hello My name is Dave I am new to the dented helmet I was wondering does anyone know what happened to the company Fanatic FX?
They are no longer listed on Etsy, Ebay, Instagram or Facebook. I liked the quality of the cowls the company made alot, I have a Returns and a 1989 keaton Batman cowl from them.

There's an eBay page with the MischiefConcepts name, but the actual link says Fanatic-FX. Found it with a simple Google-Fu.

They cannot make Batman cowls anymore got a message from fanatic Fx owner saying DC said he had to stop making them.
