Hello,
So I'm looking at getting some Alumaluster paint to level up my metal finishes. But the more I read into it the more unsure I become.
"contains isocyanates, may cause severe allergic reaction", "wear appropriate and well-fitted positive air pressure supplied respirator", "protect exposed body parts" etc.
It seems like it's up there with the 2K paints and PU resins in terms of hazards.
I'm currently using an A2P3 respirator, lab coat, disposable gloves and a spray booth ventilating outside when using regular solvent paints. Still I feel a bit discouraged popping this paint into my booth.
Now of course I'm not going to paint 40 hours a week, and considering the price point only going to use it on very special builds so the accumulated exposure probably won't be that significant, maybe I'm overreacting.
Either way I'm curious how you Alumaluster guys go about this.
