That's just the aluminium powder, there is some spots where she didn't stayed in the mold so you see resine and not very much aluminium sometimes. But that's really just tiny spots and was first time doing coldcast :)

Yes, I painted them , that was the only thing missing and didn't have strip tape in stock :/ so as I'm a bit impatient , I've painted them. On the next one I'll use strip tape :)

Right now I only do raw cast orders until I finish fully finished helmets already ordered. And no it don't warp. But generally you don't let expensive props in humid conditions... ^^

The visor on this one is just a personnal choice. You just have to glue it lower on your kit and the problem is solved ;) And fiberglass don't always mean high quality. You can have a very good quality cast with polyurethane too !
