About $2500 total...that includes 3 buckets(one dp97, one mystery, one MS2), 2 sets of armor(1 sintra, one fiberglass), and full set of the rest including ROTJ E-11 and Jet Pack.

No, not much...I have had too many hours at work and I am taking my time with this bucket...I will be posting the next layers pictures but not sure when I will get to it...I still have some things like mowing the yard that I also haven't gotten too...(sigh) not enough daylight hours..:)

To be honest I have not worn my Fett for more than a few minutes to get things fitted so I am not sure about the Ice pack idea...I imagine you would get some condinsation from it.

Vida, That would depend on your paint and how long it takes to dry. I used model paint for my grey layers with my air brush and it dries really fast, like 10 minutes. The red layer was from a spray can and takes much longer to dry, like a few hours. I let the red layer sit for about 30mins...

I'll be using magnets to attach the RF side ear piece...the other parts I'll be using gorilla glue and I'll be sure to post pictures for people to see.

well, theres not a lot of room in the Fett helmet..But I do have enough room in my trooper helmet to put a freezer pak in the dome above my head...that will keep me cool for about 2hrs.

Fettish attack...I used chrome base, then light grey, then charcoal grey/blue mix, and will finally use claret wine with dull coat on top. Boba Swede...I have used that method too, but found it takes too long for me. If I do the wet paper towel after paint is tacky I can get the same results...

Bobamaker...I don't care if your bucket is movie accurate or not, It still ROCKS!!(The Armor does too!!)
