Yeah not really a fan of solid cardboard. The things I can do with corrugated card is amazing. But...it's likely too thick for much of this.

Darn...the only place I can find 2mm cardboard of any kind is from my local Michaels craft store.

Malaxor...how do you prevent THIS nonsense with the 2mm cardboard? ( Red Arrow in Pic - Cardboard delaminates when bending etc)

I actually decided to keep going with the corrugated cardboard last night. Yes, it's about 4mm thick...but we'll see how it turns out. I'm actually quite proficient modeling with it, so we'll see if it's too thick or not. It's free, so no harm there...and worse case scenario, it gets me familiar...

Man, you guys REALLY are making me feel retarded. =( I've gone through this template PDF TOO many times, and I don't see anything labeled upper curve, or anything remotely resembling one.

Malaxor, Where did you get the templates for the upper and lower curves? I only have one in the template PDF for the "lower half curve"

A build thread would be immensely helpful...if you were so inclined to do so. =) I'm not as versed in the parts of a Fett costume as most of you guys are. I'm not looking for a 501st costume, I just want something that looks fantastic to stand next to my WIP HIC.
