I have a FP MSH2 helmet and it is a fantastic piece of craftsmanship. Others are right that it's best for someone with a pretty big noggin. Mine is way to big on me and I have several pieces of 2"thick foam in it to make it wearable.

you're going to sweat through it no matter what unless it's an outdoor troop in under 50degree weather. Here in TX I sweat so much that it literally drips down the inside of the backplate. Best thing I can suggest is maybe Portable Cooling System - Personal Cooling by Cool Shirt Haven't tried...

I would recommend something like this.... K&J Magnetics - Products nice and flat, good surface area. I use 2 of these to hold my Rex pauldron to the chest armor and it never moves.
