Hey everybody, I have the opportiuinity to buy a really nice ESB helmet. The cast is said to be from 211. What is known about that cast / the manufacturer ?

It broke from top to bottom. Using 2 layers of fine mesh gfk/fibreglass matting soaked in E 6000 worked really well though. I am confident that this will hold for a long time and still has a little flex in it. Recommended.

While trooping yesterday the front part of my codpiece broke. Now I am pondering how to fix it. It`s vacformed abs. Two ideas that came to mind: -use fibreglass / gfk to bridge the break inside (=> will this stick to the abs ?) -use gfk matting soaked with E6000 Are those methods viable ...

HeyHo, what is the general opinion on hinges for the gauntlets ? I would like to upgrade mine with them to make them more comfortable, but I worry that the hinge part you can still see when closed is less movie accurate.
