There are tiny holes in the screen. . . I can feel some air movement when I'm walking, especially outside if there is a nice breeze. Works just like when you have your house window open but still have the bug screen attached. Air still gets through. Miggs

(shrugs) Those are fine as far as I'm concerned. It's just a matter of personal pref. I think. You can paint them to make em' look however you'd like. They do have the actual fett boots for sale, but those are 100 bucks, which is outrageous. I'd say go for those. Miggs
