Boba Fett Funko Pop Custom Repaint Semi Scren Accurate ROTJ

I imagine his will get moved to the correct section by a mod and that's cool but i couldn't figure which section was appropriate.. it's not a prop really :) Many moons ago I lurked these forums and did my first cosplay for my son and I, I learnt so much and I was so bad but with the help of...

My first scratch build: The Good, the Bad and the Ugly

Thanks man. Yeah, I figured I'd have so much time left but it creeps up on ya. Anyway, the deadline is past now so I can update thins in my own time. The braids are a loss but not irreplaceable :). I did some things at the weekend like install the dental files into the back of the helmet, cast...

    Painting boba fett armor

I'm not sure what modge podge is but i think your using it to neaten the cracks and joins... don't just cut it neatly and glue nicely their aren't enough joints on the armour to justify it. 1) Heat seal the foam. 2) Coat with several layers of PVA Glue + Water mix OR several layers of plastidip...

My first scratch build: The Good, the Bad and the Ugly

Thanks :) Well... when time is running short and the convention is coming up at some point you have to put down the camera stop taking pics and get some hard graft in. So I only have a handful of build pics taken and they're not very exciting. I was up till 2am the night before the con, had the...

    Sintra?

Tha would depend on what country you live in as it has different names in different parts of the world. Sintra is a brand name but what it is at it's most basic is expanded PVC foam. In Australia it has been known to go by the name Palight ® and i'm quite sure in the EU and UK it would have...

    Aluminum gauntlets

From memory the size doesn't matter as it's the length of the file, I got 25mm. and the # is number #15. They are red and come with a a white 15 on them just like the ROTJ ones, i got them for my helmet. I am however unsure if they are the same ones used on the ESB Gauntlets.

    Aluminum gauntlets

You can get the dental files here cheaply (AUD$4.98 so $3.60USD) if you don't mind the wait. Took about 4 weeks. Also, mad props on the aluminium. Even working on small aluminium parts drives me mental... my hat is off to you sir.

Heya all, been awhile since I updated this thread :) .. still been working on it just less posting. Also, where is the option to change the thread title? ..seems the good the bad and the ugly also brings up memories of a much older thread with bad connetations :/ Anyway, onto the progress. A...

My first scratch build: The Good, the Bad and the Ugly

Heya, quick question about your carbine build. On the stock the rounded parts on the greeblies I can see are off the bottom half of a screw cover but what did you make the shaped ridges with? by which i mean the face looking thing and the circle part...
