This really reminds me of armor that would be used in the Malazan Books of the Fallen series. Something Adjunct Tavore would wear, or even Sha'ik reborn. (anyone read those books?) Seeing that she can draw amazingly im sure sculpting will come pretty natural too

This will be an interesting build to watch! Especially when painting those intricate designs come up!

Well it looks like that part was sanded down to the vinyl, the signature was then placed on the helmet. and it was then painted over again with a darker green-blue paint. But it still puzzles me also as to why it was below the base layer of paint and not on the paint itself.

What really made my lizard giggle was the helmet was in an absolute state of disrepair when I got it from ebay! It had 3 cracks in it, the visor was all busted and it had been painted over twice! The paint over the signature didn't even match the paint on the cheek! Now what do I do with it...

I am working on a cheap don post 95 helmet that I am using for my custom mando and I was sanding down one of the cheeks and came across this: it says "Jeremy Bulloch 'boba' " on it if you cant see. It is written in blue marker but it is beneath all of the paint and on the vinyl itself. So...

with boba being such a weapon loving guy, why the heck did he let his blaster get all rusty? Or does he just like dirty things? Looks excellent by the way!

im not a TK expert but you might want to get rid of the duct connection insulation and switch to a rubber piece. other then that awesome helmet!

The only reason the death star's blew up was because KDY didn't bid for the job! well and the fact that A) you should put grates over your vents, and B) you should not have a tunnel that a ship can fit through to get to your main reactor.

I shot it with 2 coats of some high gloss black enamel. It gave it this awesome look. I am really pleased Pics will be up in my WIP thread tomorrow
