    I am in the process of a new outfitand I need to make a small hole into finished fiberglass. I am very nervous as I do not want to ruin or crack the finish. How should I do this? I was thinking of placing a few layers of masking tape on the finished side of the armor and using a tiny drill bit...

    That's how mine work. No hollow stalk for me. Everything is in the RF. The circuit was bought here (don't remember who) I do know that they did a great job. :thumbsup:

    Curious on how you attach armor to flak vest?

    Heavy Duty Velcro here. Sewn to the vest and stuck to the armor. I had to reinforce some of the armor side, but the rest is hloding over a year now. I am suiting up this weekend for Big Apple Con in NYC and will try and take pics of the velcro set-up. Jedi-Bob
