Nice, I just checked him out. Looks good. I have got someone else that may be into making the helmet. Just trying to find someone making armour moulds as there appears to be quite a few small detailed modifications to the regular trooper armour.

I'm probably going to have to take the pack off for most of the day... won't be possible to survive with it on all day. Not even sure how I'd sit down, the pack would get in the way of the back-rest. That's not a bad shout!

I remember seeing a thread about where someone was modding a headless torso mannequin to make a torso mannequin that could support a helmet too? Using poles and insulator? I need to know what insulator to get :P
