also i think you will need 3 to 4 tin lets of 117 paint for the job. i got away with 2 but just by the skin of my teeth :)

Yep 117 is the one i used for the main green section and 78 as the light chipped color on the left top chest piec

Hello .. Between layers i would use some 0000 wire wool with a light touch(important) and water to lessen the friction but do this only after the paint is completely dry( waiting is the hardest part) if you were to use sandpaper i would use a 1600 grit wet sand at least .. i found it wasn't...

I used some small files and some sand paper to knock that down until it is flush. Maybe these pics of my lid will help

not sure at this point.. some kind of compressed air. i have the hoses run through the pack. I had been playing with duster but not completely happy with the results.
