Boba Fett's Jetpack is formally known as a Mitrinomon Z-6 Rocket Pack. From a technical standpoint, the pack lacks a jet engine's air intake which makes it a rocket pack, but it is commonly referred to as a 'jetpack.'
Unlike Boba Fett's Empire Strikes Back Jetpack which is essentially one color, the Return of the Jedi Boba Fett Jetpack utilizes the same color patterns as seen on the Prototype costume jetpacks.
The primary jetpacks are hollow fiberglass castings with resin details. Some packs include electronics and even the ability to create a smoke effect!
