Finished my HIC build today... 4 years later.

I bought a front cast from Stormrider about 4 years ago and had it sitting in storage while I moved around the country, and finally, finally got around to putting everything together. I didn't have a fantastic budget to work with so I used an old door frame from a home reno we've been doing and build out on top of that. I also wasn't going for complete accuracy for the frame -- I wanted something low profile so the depth is about half of what it typically would be and that suits me just fine.

I also got a light cluster from Fettronics but ended up not installing it (PM me if you're interested in it, I have no need so can swing a really good deal on it).

Thanks for the kind words, Jason. Yes, I just spray painted... I used 2 types of Rustoleum, a dark metallic grey for the base and then a "cracked" metallic for the layer on top. I'm not sure of the exact colors...
