Vader's haircut

Does anybody notice that Darth Vader's helmet looks shorter in the Hoth scene in ESB than in other shots? I call it his "haircut helmet" cuz it looks like the bottom end of the back piece has been trimmed upwards. There's another scene in ROTJ where you notice it as well but I can't remember which one off the top of my head.

So yeah, anybody else see this? Was it a stunt helmet?

No, the dome was just positioned improperly. One of the other boards did a photo analysis of it. You'll see that same kind of thing in several of the films. The Stunt helmet you're referring to perhaps is the one used in the lightsaber battle with Bob Anderson and it has transparent Perspex cheeks and no lower mouth grill.

There was a "stunt" inner robe in that scene though, which is shorter than the normal one. The thought it that it was used to make it easier for him to walk past/over the objects in the room.

I'm going going to have to watch the movies again now, only this time under greater scrutiny!
