New Hunter
Hi
Im new here so I hope im posting in the right place. I know this is probly not the best time of year to try and find a deal on a pre made helmet but Im looking for one.
So dose anyone know a web site that sells the full pre made tie fighter helmet For the best price???
Ive seen them from $99. to $58 is there a place with better prices???
Thank you

1st off - welcome. this is a fantastic site for info!! Enjoy your stay and browsing

2nd - this prob belongs over on SW characters section; but I am sure a mod will be along soon

LaSTLY; UR op -i have not assembled one myself, but have come across various threads abt the TIE Rubies lid when I was researching stormtrooper, biker scouts and AT-At drivers - and I think the opinion was that werent all that bad. In fact, its one of the better sculpts from Rubies IIRC and can be worked up pretty well.

I like lids, and was lookin for a cheap Rubies TIE to play around with myself - I too have looked at the Bay of E and foudn cheapest was USD58 - just remeber to factor in the shippin. Never used that particular buyer though.

Good luck mate

Nate

H new to this forum, but glad I found it, I repeat I found it!! I see the last post here was 2008, but I'm going churn up the pot again on Tie fighter helmets. I have had a Rubies helmet and have been trying to work with it and make it 501st ready. I have the whole costume except the chest armor box and a working helmet. So my question amidst this rambling is there anyone who can help me fix a tear in the left ear piece, and if not is it a decent enough helmet to maybe cast fiberglass mold from it? Thanks to anyone out there receiving this thread.

honestly for the price of fixing a rubies and all the work it would take to fix it or cast it you're better off sourcing an abs kit and building it or having someone build it for you . My friend presses abs tie kits of you are interested I can pm you his email ?
