BARC scout trooper

I'm new to the scene and unfortunately I just cant seem to justify the cost of getting a whole Boba Fett armor going... yet, I am being Realistic and knowing it takes like $2k to get a good one, so I wanna see about starting a scout armor from ROTJ or BARC scout trooper, I tried getting in contact with Mr. Bungle but thought I read some where he is out of the game, also I signed up for bikerscouts.net but their restriction on getting to any juicy information in forums is blocking my path. cant get any forums to come up there, so I'm hoping one of you can point me in the right-er direction or tell me how to get into bikerscout.net

I don't know a whole lot about clones... But I think a solid clone will cost as much as Boba. Especially a BARC since they aren't all that common. But like I said, I'm not a clone expert so someone else may want to chime in here.
