New Gal on the TDH, hello everyone!

Forerunner

New Hunter
Well, I have never participated in a forum but from already looking around this site I am excited to be apart of the dented helmet! And I will try to have meaningful posts. lol. I've been cosplaying many things for a few years now but thanks to my friend Lady Fett I have decided to take it way farther and do a character with armor! Since I am of course a huge Star Wars fan and when I saw Shae Vizla I was hooked I decided it was time to get serious. I'm not experienced at all and I really don't want to spend a lot of money on materials starting out only to mess most if not all of it up.

I want to also thank Scott Kaufmann, Cruzer and Snowaure for the warm welcome and for being so helpful already! :) From what I have seen on this forum everyone has a great attitude and which is refreshing. ;) I'm looking to have the Shae Vizla commissioned and possibly if I can learn a few things in the process. I don't mind investing time to make a costume as long as I have a great hands on teacher! At the very least I think I might want to tackle one of her weapons but we shall see. But until then, any help, suggestions, etc would be much appreciated!

Looking forward to my journey with the dented helmet and getting to know more wonderful people! :love
