Hey guys (and gals), I just joined this most epic forum today...its been a long time coming. I finally got the nerve to try and do what y'all do with costumes, and I hope I do well at it. I'm going to try to work on two costumes at the same time; one being Boba Fett, and not sure on the other...maybe a ESB Stormtrooper. I'm retired from the US Army, so I have LOTS of time on my hands. I got into 3D printing a year ago, and started making props for Cosplayers, which has become my sincere passion. My favorite builds so far, are Kenobi's lightsaber hilt, a 'Conduit F3 Fusion' rifle from Destiny, and an Arc Reactor (that glows) from Iron Man 1. I was thinking of attempting Boba Fetts helmet, but someone pointed out DH-P/FX for this stuff...and wow is that guy talented. Other than that, I'm a landscape photographer, I fly quadcopters for aerial photography/videography, and I play COD. Anyway, I hope to be able to meet some of you here in the near future at some events.

Welcome I just left Hill AFB a year ago....seems like yesterday. Theres a few Fetts around the area....painted one for an Army guy who works on base still. Be warned the Fett is the most involved Star Wars costume there is, where as the Stormtrooper is way less involved.

I used to be stationed at Hill...small world. I can see why Fett is the most popular, but it'll still be fun to build it.

Hey welcome and thank you for your past service!!! Got brothers retired and one still hammering. So thank you.

And welcome to the forum. I've been in cosplay for a few years now but new to the Fett forum myself.

Looking forward to seeing your chops!

I'm working on a custom mando now and Jawa as well. In a SW social club.

Anyways, welcome and probably talk soon.
