New Hunter
Hi.
I'm a Canadian teacher working in China.
I've been a member of the 501st for 8 years, some of you may know me as Darth Monty.
I'm teaching art at an international school located in Ningbo, China, which is about a 2 hour ride on the high speed train south of Shanghai.
Anyway, having been overseas for a few years, I really miss working on costuming, so I've decided to tackle a scratch built ROTJ Boba Fett.
I've been able to source EVA foam boards for the armor and jet pack, no problem (really cheap over here). I can even get my hands on the fabric to make the soft parts of the costume.
The hard part is finding paint. Has anyone ever tried using the Tamiya brand (which is all that's available) of paint? If so, suggestions for a color scheme would be most helpful.
