My name is Josh, I'm from FL. I'm a painter (figures, statues, and busts mostly) and a teacher, as well as a Navy veteran. I've been a novice costumer for years. I've mostly dabbled in horror themed costumes, which are usually just regular clothing that is heavily weathered and bloodied. The only experience I have with props or armor has been the mostly completed gear I have purchased on the web. I once had a Ghostbusters proton pack that I touched up, and I finished a Stormtrooper armor set a decade ago... not that I did much... just glue gun work and Velcro. I've decided that I want to put together a solid ROTJ Boba Fett costume, and I want to do it right. I want this to be something I can wear for years and hold on to. So I figured I would come here and join the community.
