The background was just lame... but I still liked this one:

And I closed the blaster barrel because are 501st garisson had a run in with the police... you know... entertaining sick children and then they confiscate your weapons, that kind of thing... we are so bad...

That looks great!, the gauntlets really made the finishing touch! I totally dig the knife blade thing. Bad*** suit!

Too bad about the police incident, I heard it the day after it happened. Pretty lame...

Any chance you'll give a detailed lesson on how you made your chest armor out of PVC piping?

Here's an update so far:

I really appreciate how the armor came out in it's form and I am definitly going to update Boba Fett in the same way as I've done these.

You can see the brush stripes on the logo... but I don't find it disturbing... it has a ring to it I guess.

Weathering is in progress and I've come up with something of a kill stripe symbol aswell.

Well it sais all you need to know right there Just lay templates on a big PVC pipe, cut them out with a dremel, throw them in the oven, curve em right and start sanding off the edges. That is basically it

Thanks again, I was able to find a movie of myself on the internet, the name is spelled wrong but ah well.. I was up on a platform just moving around a bit, atracted quite a few people with camera's

I had an idea that die hard costumers would probably dislike... but I think that kids might enjoy it big time

I found my 1999 Hasbro DRK-1 and modified it so this costume character has an annoying droid partner to accompany him through space.
