Neo-crusader crossdresser....I mean crossover

Hey guys, I have a DP helmet that I've gotten started on fixing to use for a custom mando helmet. I've decided to shoot it and burn it because It's not worth the time and effort lol. So while sitting on my epiphany toilet, I was thinking about where I could get another helmet from when BAM, I thaught about taking a Royal guard helmet and modding it to look like the KOTOR neo-crusader mando helmet, BUT, with a boba layout of armor. What do you guys think? I've been lurking ebay and other sites that sell these helmets but I don't know if I should cross these two erm..."styles" if it doesn't look good or turn out alright. Here is a 5 second MS paint sketch, just to get a visual going on: neomando.JPG

im going for more of a neo armour style and i currently have a true mandalorian helmet to go with it, but it doesnt seem to match too well. i am in the process of making my own custom neo helmet which would match better and fit more snug. i hope that helps.

here it is, its turning into an armour design that shows the transition between neo-crusader (the V-shape of the center chest piece) and the true mandalorian armour style (multiple plates covering the torso)
i hope you like it.

Oh yeah, I think I've seen your thread about this suit. Looks awsome, I like how it's not another Jango/Boba repaint, that's kind of why I thaught about using a Neo helmet, so I'm not so much like I said a repaint of Boba. Awsome work, keep it up dude!

thanks alot vod. if your beskar'gam turns out anything like the pic you have it will be great, i cant wait to see progress pics! good luck!
