Scratch. I am going to use tin snips ONLY! I used the dremel which melted the plastic and looked really bad

If you just dremel around where you want to cut and not on the actual lines, you can go back with a box cutter or something similar and score the armor and then break off the excess.

Ok sry for taking a long time but I have decided if I am going to have a helmet I am going to buy one, because I tried to make on and um.... lets just say it was REALLY bad, and if I buy one it will probably be going to be FP. If you know about something cheaper please tell me. (BTW It does not have to be as high quality as FP if it is cheaper.)

EDIT: I have made another decision. I am NOT going to remake my armor I am just going to attack it with my sander .

I would personally ad a few more colors to the battle damage or paint a little more on the side of the battle damage to give it a little more depth. Other than that it's perfect.

Hi people i am very sad, because I just realized that I can not make my costume. Don't get me wrong I REALLY want to but it is too expensive. I am very sorry everybody. I wish I could. Bye.
