Here's an updated pic. Just need a center plate for my pinky and the right glove is done. Once the left glove is done then I'll paint up all the plates before adding the wiring and attaching them to the gloves.

I was thinking that I might make some armor out of aluminum. Do you think I could form .020mm 20 gauge aluminum (don't have any kind of anvil or bouling anvil).

Post some pics of the pauldrons please. I want to see how much curve you put into them.
