Let me know what you think of this.

Hi guys,

Been spending a little while with a toy gun and trying to make it as starwarsy as possible.

I've come to the end of the night and I wondered, is the scope too big for the gun?

I've done it with and without, let me know what you think.

It's also a little flat, any ideas as to where I should stick a greeblie or two?

ta!

And I did a test without the scope.

I think the scope is over-powering the rest of the gun. Most of the Star Wars pistols have thinner more sleek scopes. Even Han's DL44 has a scope that tapers down to a small footprint.

Saz u r a true master of the art... that scope is a bit oversized for that pistol, I'd go with a smaller scope, possibly mounted flush with the top of the barrel

Ta,

I've got to head out to get more car body filler today, so I'll pop into a pound store and see if I can find anything with a small scope, though I'm starting to think that it might look too much with the scope as well.

I've got a F-4E Phantom kit I bought on ebay and got the boba gun greeblies from that, I have the rest of the kit to play with to make a few alterations to the flat structure.

Had a look for a sight in the local pound shops, but no real luck.

So I had a think and the bottom part could be thought of as a sight of sort that feeds into the helmet. So in a way it is functional.

Anyhoo, here's the gun primed with greeblies :)
