just a simple question or maby more lol

You could theoretically make the vest extend lower into a "coat and tails" kind of look, but I think it might be hard to move around. After all, your belts are going to be going over your vest, and with that much fabric hanging in the back it'll be like wearing a shirt tucked in that's way way too long.

Just my opinion.

If you want the tails, I'd suggest something like a Kama. I'd post pictures, but I'm at work on a lame computer. Dang.

Anyway, a kama is a piece of fabric or armor that covers your backside, and hangs lower than the upper edge of your thighs. Some call it a skirt, but it doesn't have to go all the way around. It would probably work better for you movement wise, since it would just be attatched to your belt.

ok cool thanks, im using that mando maker thing and i made the color scheme just now and i think thats what im gonna do, ill have a long loincloth too i think. i think making the cod peice would just be a litle difficult i guss. i might make one eventually tho

well, i guess its time to make something for my back, ill make the armour later. so i was thinking, a big bacta tank, jetpack, pack of explosives, or maby something else? and how should tha back plate attach? and how would the pack on the back attach? straps thru the back armour?

If you're making plastic armor you could put bondo on the backside of the pieces to make them thicker and less "bendy". but it's not really required.

Vor'e vod. half armour is plastic the other is metal, i ran out of baking sheets i could use so i started cuting out storage bins lol. so say i have thigh armour, would elastic around the leg be strong enough to hold tight? i know its matter of how tight you pull it but i mean should i hide a strap going up to the belt for more support?

As far as the blasters go, mando'ade use a wide variety of weapons. We don't have a specific blaster that is strictly "mando"... that being said, the Nerf CS-6 Longshot, and CS-6 Recon are both extremely popular for modding into blasters or various forms. I am working up a customized airsoft M4... which in some places is not a good idea, but here in the states it's generally ok as long as it's obviously not real. Like I said tho, no real specific pattern or weapon for mando'ade, we use what we like.

yea.lol. so i dont need a muzzle flare? thats all im asking right now lol. o i lied one more question, how would a jetpack attach? i see straps going into the back plate. do thes go onto the arms like a backpack or just on the plate?

hmm... no, no flare necessary unless u want one, flash hiders and muzzle breaks are common, but not really required. As for the Jetpack, most ppl who use 'em have some sort of strap system that they hide under the plates. One that I've seen a lot is a mil-spec rucksack frame worn so that once the plates and jetpack are on, it is hidden. I would suggest you do what's comfortable for you. If your jetpack is light enough in weight, you could theoretically attach it directly to the backplate. Commander Cody wears a compact jetpack on his armor that attaches directly to the back plate, and most ARC troopers, RC's and the specialized Airborne troopers had backplates made to accept their jetpacks. Hope that helps.
