Custom Mandalorian Help needed re armour files for custom build please

Hi, newbie (here and to costuming) so please bear with me!

I'm going to try to build a custom Mandalorian suit for my 5 year old, and have been advised that Pepakura is a good method to use. Unfortunately I'm struggling to find downloadable templates for armour - I'm planning to use a blend of Boba, Jango and more general Mandalorian-esque pieces, colours yet to be confirmed by my son, since he's not interested in joining the MMs, 501st or other group.

Any help, advice etc that members can offer would be gratefully received as I don't want to let him down.

Fierfek has loads of pep files, and his Jango and boba files are here. Just remember to scale down the suit so it fits your kid! Good luck with this.
I'll also mention that while I haven't worked with Pep before personally, I have heard that it makes for particularly heavy and uncomfortable armor because of the fiberglass/bondo process. It may be worth it to look into making a foam build. However, I know next to nothing about foam armor, so I can't say any more on that subject.
Anyway, I think that a 5yo Mando would be adorable! Make sure to post pictures as you go so we can see the magic happen!
