youd need the spring system on both sides of the blade which would need to be in a "T" shape. i think the release button on both sides of the blade would provide a pretty good safty as you would need to press both of them for the effect desired. i dont know if im making much sence, its about midnight and im kinda tired so if you need me to clarify just let me know, ill come up with a better drawing and explination.
