I guess you`ve misunderstood something. This thread here isn´t for the feedbacks themselves, it just introduces and explains this system.
So if you really want to leave a feedback for Ryan you`ve got to click his avatar picture and you`ll be directed to his "personal information side". You can find the "Feedback Score" button up there approximately in the middle of the screen. Next click the "Submit Feedback For ..." option and voilà.
