A New Chapter for the Dented Helmet Legacy

After ten years of running the Dented Helmet, it is time for a fresh perspective and fresh blood!

With my attention being divided between three large prop sites (The Dented Helmet, the RPF, and the Hunter's Lair) I am no longer able to give the Dented Helmet the attention it needs. With that in mind, I have asked TxFett, (Scott K) to take over the day to day operations here at the site and couldn't be more happy to have him accept. Scott has been an avid member and supporter of TDH for years and has a true passion for both the subject matter and the site! Best of all, he has the time and desire to give this community the attention it desperately needs.

While TDH is still owned by Movie Prop Sites, LLC (my web management company), Scott will now be your primary point of contact for all things relating to TDH.

While Scott has been helping out behind the scenes for a while now, he will officially take responsibility for the site on Oct 1, 2011.

Please help me welcome Scott to this new position and thank him in advance for the service he has committed to providing!

I can't think of a better choice. Congratulations to Scott and many thanks to Art for all he's done for the Fett community over the years.

Thanks bud. The truth (and problem) is that due to my responsibilities at the RPF, I haven't had the opportunity to be involved here like I need to be and it simply isn't fair to you guys for me to claim to be "running" the Dented Helmet when I barely have time to check in. I couldn't be more happy to have Scott stepping into this position to serve and build this fantastic community! I'll still be checking in from time to time, but you guys are in great hands with Scott!

While I will miss Art's involvement on this site, I want to congratulate Scott for the deserved post at TDH.

I've only been registered a couple of months here, but I've read through literally hundreds of threads in that time and asked a few questions for which I didn't locate answers. Scott has been very helpful to me vis-a-vis my quest for answers through both.

Thank you Art and Scott, and to Scott--Congrats and good luck with the rowdies! :p :D
