How to post a video clip

Is there a way to post a video that I have on my computer? I made a few video clips of a new RF light kit that I plan on selling on the cargo hold but I am unsure how to post them. They are not on YouTube or any other file sharing service, just on my desktop.

The best method is to create an account (if don't have already) and upload the videos to YouTube then using the 'Insert Video' icon (from the post menu bar) add them into your threads.

Thanks Raf, I figured that the YouTube route would be the easiest way to upload. What do you think of the kits?
