Hello everyone, I've decided that over the Summer I will attempt to build some life scale Star Wars vehicles. I plan to start small and build a Swoop Bike.

Then I plan to build myself an Eta-2 Actis Jedi Interceptor with a port for a removable Astromech Droid.

A couple guys on the RPF have build threads for life-size SW replicas: MF cockpit, and someone else is trying a life-size X-wing. cool stuff!

I too am interested to see how this pans out!

So how are you planning to build the swoop bike then- are you going to use scrapyard pieces for engine details, etc?

Also, re: the Eta-2, how are you going to build the cockpit, as those are some serious curves on the glass dome.

I wish you all the best with your projects, please keep us all informed, and ...ahem.... May the Force be with you!

His Allowance clearly won't be enough to construct this, nor would his Mother allow him to keep that in the living room... Better luck next time, brother...
