I was talking to my older brother and he asked me what i have to do to my helmet after i car filler it, i told him, sanding and then using filler putty ect, then then said that the helmet is going to be like having a vase on my head...... :S am i missing a section out what do i have to do after i sand down the car filler ?!?!?!

I have very little experience with car filler, but from what I've done I'd say nothing. Car filler is meant to just be sanded down and painted, so once you have sanded and done some touch-up, you should be ready to slap some paint on there, man:lol:.
An yet I don't think I fully understand the question, so this may not be helpful.
my 2 cents worth

I was just wondering if there was another step to strengthan the car filler but if i just have to paint to after some minor touch ups then.. well im all set thank you so much :D

bondo really doesn't need strengthening on the outside. Maybe a coat of fiberglass resin, but that's it. If the inside's sturdy, you'll be just fine. But if there s flex, REINFORCE THAT HELMET! Bondo will crack, flake off, and... well ,it won't be cool.
