i am building a slave 1 motorcycle and i need some help with some fiberglass molds

i am turning my 1992 cbr 600 f2 into the slave II i had a great idea for it i just need some help making it happen i need a fiberglass molds of the slave one i just want the mold for the front end so it has to be pretty sturdy to go on the front of the bike if anyone can help me out with blueprints or molds or anything i would greatly appreciate it

Love the idea, Sorry I cant help ya but if his works out it will be a beauty to drive down the interstate! (Assuming that you could still legally drive it down the interstate...)

Oh my god I want one. Sorry, I really don't know much about bodywork. I would vote steel over fiberglass though. Dunno how sturdy fiberglass will be.

I would build larger shells for the mirrors which could be the stabilizers. The fuselage that goes down over the forks would obviously have to be 2 piece on each fork leg to allow for travel. Old motocross bikes from the 90's had plastic fork guards that you might be able to do something with. As for the wind screen and fairing, I say paint it. The windscreen on a sportbike is for air deflection no to see through (currently own an fzr 600). Hope this helps. The older yamahas and suzukis from the 90's had big windscreens but they can be costly, a good alternative would be a zero gravity double bouble windscreen for the shape.
