Quick update, guys.
Just installed the zipper and it works pretty darn well. Here are some pics of me wearing it.

Finished the first couple coats of paint. It's still alittle drastic for my taste. I'm thinking about going over the whole thing with a wash of light orange to even it out.
For paint I used Elmer's rubber cement (a latex based adhiesive) thinned down and with alittle bit of acrylic paint. This way the paint just acts as another layer of latex, and flexes with the rest of the mask.

Nice to see this in all its completed glory, nice work my friend 
. I think it needs "weathering" though, he looks far too clean and bright for a boiler-room dwelling child murder .

Working on a new glove. I'm using real copper this time. Running into alot of the some problems, though, with joint stiffness:facepalm.
