Custom Mando gauntlets....HELP me Vo'de, you're my only hope!

im looking to make a design for some custom gauntlets that can have a phone insert as a display panel, however i'm having difficulty with the design.. my original idea was taken from Leather gauntlets as a template to sintra foam then forming them as needed but now its just a mess and i'm running out of materials to use..photos will be up soon
