Another Project - Need Feed Back URGENT!!

Ok so I was asked to do a life-sized General Grievous...

Now I am new to Star Wars :: ducks and hides from the rocks being thrown::

But has this been done before? Is this something people would be interested in? I don't know - what are your thoughts?

Hey sculptor, my dad 3 years ago built a Life-Sized General Grevious. Sold it. I know how to build. Write in paragraphs.

1.Make "blob" of foam
2.Sculpt first shapes
3.Sculpt detailed shapes.
5.Cut limb parts and Put the wire in the middle
6.Make Grevious
6.Use filler to get a better shape
7.Sand it.
8.Paint.
9.Enjoy

would you happen to have a picture? That would be awesome... I say it'd be VERY hard to do, but if you put a lot of effort into it, you can have an amazing prop. I'd go for it.

Yea the thing is, we do this kinda thing all the time for one-offs but I don't know about how deep the Star Wars franchise goes... Mediums - A mix of fiberglass, steel, resin and fabric, rubber/urethane bushings and wing nuts to assist in posing, glass eyes - A little bit of everything.

Here is a life-sized General Grievous costume. Might shed some light...
