Very nice pics
I would tap the base of the rocket
Drill a corresponding hole in the pack
use a bolt (with the same threads as the hole you tapped in the rocket) and washer from the inside of the pack up into the bottom of the rocket
that way, it's removable
(that's how mine is)

hello
i did this yesterday. i bought a 1/2" bolt, 1?2" nut and washer.

on the rocket, i dremmeled a octogon shaped hole, which the end of the bolt could fit in. i then fiberglassed it in place. on the jet pack body, i drilled a hole, which the rocket, when in place would fit nicely with the screw end of the bolt going through it. on the inside of the pack, i then just put a washer on it and tightened the bolt.

the rocket is very sturdy and can be removed if i need to transport the pack.
hope this helps.

Maybe later i can take some pics.

I have a MoW pack for my Boba. I put a circle of velcro on the bottom of the missile, then a circle of "anti-velcro" ( as I call it ) inside the tube part. Then, I glued some thin foam on the base of the missile to male it just tough enough to stuff into the tube.

Bolting it is more secure, but I haven't determine how I'm going to transport my gear yet, so this makes it somewhat collapsible.
