New Hunter
Hey guys I'm new to the forum and I was reffered to you guys on another forum. Well anyway I'm building pair of westars 34's and I've got the handles done and I was wondering if you guys had any advice or plans etc. Thanks, I'll try to get pics soon.

I'm actually working on a mold of my scratchbuilt westars right now! I'm gonna start a thread within the next week. Hopefully everything works out so I can offer some quality westars!

Heres some pics of the completed handles that I've done.

Looks like a great start. Round out a lot of the edges on the handle and soften them on the trigger, and you'll be headed in the right direction. Keep up the good work and keep those progress pics coming! We love progress pics around here. For me it's almost like being right there next to you every step of the way through the building process(y)

Here's a ref. pic where you can see how the edges look on an MR handle.

Thanks a lot, I needed that pic because I had thought that I had smoothed the edges a little too much, got a little more to do, and I was looking at some trigger pics and I think that I should make the trigger guard hole wider.
I didn't use any screws either, just epoxy on the trigger, it won't be coming out anytime soon:D
