Looks amazing! That small amount of peeling paint near the range finger may be worrisome down the line.

Thanks man,
Peeling paint? Where? I cannot find any paint that may peel near the RF. I have rubbed the whole helmet down with steel wool to help even the edges but I may have missed the odd part, so the layer may look extra thick there?

No wait I see it in the photo now.....that's just part of the layer before I went over the helmet with the steel wool that hadn't been removed fully.

This h
Paint job is complete layers at the moment, with no topical paint applied (with a brush) that will come later when I do detail touch ups[emoji3]

I saw it too in the video and photo above, looks like a little flap of paint.

Edit, posted same time as you, saying before you finished. Great Job!

Thanks Skyfire [emoji3] had me a bit miffed on the paint and then I saw it [emoji1] I had forgotten that I had taken the photo just after I had removed the layers.... I had painted this over my Christmas break, about 10 days from start to finish... In between child and wife duties, ha ha. Taken a while to post... I will post finished helmet soon, just waiting on a new RF topper.

I feel you on that one!! lol I run into the shop for just a sec and the wife pokes her head in and makes me come back inside lol that's why I become nocturnal on the weekends ... there has been numerous times I've stayed up until 3AM and still got up at 7AM lol that's when my boy wakes up so I guess I don't go nocturnal haha
